2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare as a processor. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed to deliver it securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Server log files
When the site is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically (including a shortened IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data serves security and stability and is deleted after a short period.
4. Contact form & email
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, contact data, request) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention applies. Please do not transmit particularly sensitive data via the form.
5. Cookies & consent
We use only technically necessary cookies. Non-essential services (such as embedded maps or videos) are loaded only after your explicit consent (§ 25 TDDDG). You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Maps (OpenStreetMap)
On the contact page a map is embedded only after you click. No data is transmitted to the map provider beforehand. Loading the map transmits your IP address to OpenStreetMap.
7. Embedded content & social media
References to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are plain links. Content from these services is not loaded automatically; data is transmitted only when you follow the respective link.

9. Right to complain
